Mail Order Information
Many of our customers travel up to 100 miles radius to see us since sometimes it can be more cost effective considering that we offer a free fitting service and also there is the saving in postage rates. However, we offer an excellent mail order service with our product dispatched the same day (orders received by mid-day) via Securicor. The charge for this is a flat rate of £10 up to 20kg. Your spheres will arrive in most parts of the UK within 24 hours of dispatch. Special services are available to the Highlands and Islands and other overseas destinations (cost available on application).
All our spheres are supplied with replacement "O" rings and we can supply detailed fitting instructions model by model. (Note: only available with sphere orders).
When ordering spheres either by phone or fax, since we carry over 50 different variations of sphere, it is important that you supply the following information:
We can accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro Solo, Delta, and will require the card number, the issue number if available (Maestro and Delta), the expiry date and commencement date, if available. Also, your telephone number in case of any hitches.
Finally, should you have any problems with the fitting of your spheres, we are available by telephone at all reasonable hours.
